W$ Rewards System
What are W$. W$ are non-transferable reward points earned through physical activity tracked by the Bitwalking app. W$ have no cash value outside of our Services and cannot be sold, traded, transferred between users, or converted to currency. W$ can only be redeemed for products in TheDrop marketplace, subject to availability and your subscription status.
Earning W$. You earn W$ by walking or running while logged into the Bitwalking app. Only activity tracked directly by your device's sensors (Apple Health integration on iOS) counts toward earning W$. Manually entered workouts, imported data from third-party apps, or historical fitness data do not generate W$. You must be logged in for steps to count. Daily maximum earning is 3.00 W$. Keepod reserves the right to limit or throttle W$ earning to prevent fraud or abuse.
W$ Value. 1 W$ represents approximately $1 USD in purchasing power within TheDrop marketplace. This is an internal exchange rate for calculating product prices and does not constitute a promise to exchange W$ for actual currency. Product availability, pricing, and the W$ exchange rate are subject to change at Keepod's discretion.
W$ Forfeiture. Upon account closure or termination, all accumulated W$ are immediately forfeited with no refund, compensation, or ability to transfer. W$ expire 180 days after your last login to the Services. Keepod may also forfeit W$ if we determine they were earned through fraudulent means, policy violations, or abuse of the Services.
No Guarantee. Keepod makes no guarantee that any specific products will be available in TheDrop or that you will be able to redeem your W$ for any particular item. W$ do not entitle you to any specific goods or services.
TheDrop Marketplace
Access Requirements. Only Bitwalking+ subscribers can purchase products from TheDrop. Free Bitwalking users can earn and accumulate W$ but cannot make purchases until they subscribe to Bitwalking+.
Product Drops. TheDrop products are released periodically at Keepod's discretion. Bitwalking+ subscribers receive notifications of new drops. Products are available while supplies last and typically feature limited quantities to create exclusivity.
Purchase Limits. Users can purchase only one item from each product drop. You must have sufficient W$ balance to complete a purchase. Purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed.
Marketplace Role. Keepod operates TheDrop as an in-app marketplace. All products are shipped directly by vendors to users. Keepod is not the seller of products and is not responsible for product quality, defects, shipping delays, or returns. Vendor terms and policies govern all aspects of product fulfillment, warranties, and returns.
Product Information. While we strive for accuracy, Keepod does not guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, or availability information in TheDrop is complete, accurate, or current. Vendors may change specifications without notice.
